We offer $10 local delivery within Greater Victoria, from Sidney to Langford. Deliveries are made on Thursdays. You will receive an email to notify you of the arrival date. Local delivery will be paused from July 12-August 8 2024.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a second notification when your order has shipped. We ship via Canada Post at a flat rate of $20 within Canada only.

For in-store purchases, online pickups, and local delivery, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within two weeks of purchase. Products must be unopened and in resalable condition. Please bring your receipt or proof of purchase. We do not offer returns on shipped items, unless the product is damaged or defective.
